Designed for automatic capping of HDPE / PP bottles with plastic, pre-threaded caps at up to 2,700 bottles per hour. The CAP-78 features electronic components by Siemens, motors and gears by Motovario and pneumatics by Festo. The frame is constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel. Complete with mechanical caps sorter with photocells for automatic control of caps presence, starwheel with 10 positions and microswitch to automatically stop the machine in case of problems, to avoid bottle damage and loss of product.

The CAP-78 automatic single head capping machine is designed and manufactured in a state of the art factory in Italy.

• The body of the machine is completely made in stainless steel AISI 304, mounted on adjustable height feet easily fit your bottling plant.
• Automatic caps feeder mounted on the top of the machine. Mechanical type as to avoid noise.
• S/S AISI 304 chute with photocells for automatic caps feeding.
• Pick & place system for caps distribution.
• Closing group for pre-threaded plastic single head capper.



• 1 magnetic clutch closing head made of steel INOX AISI 304 for Pre-Threaded caps and reading / regulation of torsion directly on head body.
• Manual adjustment of the height by a simple adjustment on the back part of the machine.
• Electric adjustment of the speed by an inverter.
• Electrical microswitch to stop the machine in case of problems on the star to avoid breaking any bottles.
• Electrical photocell is positioned in the enter; to stop the machine when there are no bottles.
• Electrical photocell is positioned on the exit to stop the machine when the bottling line stops.
• Electrical photocell to stop the machine when the feeder is completely empty. The machine automatically starts again as the caps feeder is filled.
• Control panel in S/S AISI 304 with auxiliaries service at 24 volts.
